The Who's Tommy

Orpheus Musical Theatre's production of The Who's Tommy gave Joyanne an experience she had never had before: apprenticing as a musical director! For the first time in a long time she resided behind the scenes, learning the ropes of musical direction from MD, Brian Boggs, as well as another exceptional MD and accompanist for the rehearsal period, Wendy Berkelaar. Through the learning process Joyanne was also overjoyed to offer vocal coaching for leading cast members as they found their rock opera voice. An experience she won't soon forget, The Who's Tommy was a wonderful way to finish her Orpheus career.
